Meet the Team

Dr. Charles E. Pick has been practicing dentistry for over 37 years and has been serving in Tuscon as a dentist for over nine years. He received his undergraduate with a Bachelor of Science in 1983 and later went on to receive his master’s degree from Case Western Reserve University in 1985. Continuing education is important to Dr. Pick, and he attends over 72 hours of additional training every three years. He has received special certification for orthodontics and myofascial pain treatment. Dr. Pick’s goal as a dentist is to provide superior dental care in a friendly manner and treat patients as he would like to be treated.

Dr. Pick is married to his wife Sandra, and they have two granddaughters who are his treasures! Dr. Pick is a drummer and enjoys this hobby.

Sonia joined our team in March of 2014, when our practice first opened. She is a proud Tucson High School graduate and enjoys working with our team and the unique setting at our office. She loves our patients and meeting their needs in the best way possible. Sonia is the first person our patients see when they come in for their appointments and the last when they leave. Patient care is a priority for every single one of us so making sure our patients are comfortable and that they understand any procedures that are being performed, with everything explained and all questions answered, is our main goal as a team.

When Sonia is not working, she enjoys attending church and spending time with her family.

Donna has been a hygienist for 38 years. She received her dental hygienist degree from the University of Detroit in Michigan and has worked with Dr. Pick since 2000.

Donna has lived in Tucson for the last 32 years and prefers our blue skies, warm temps and sunshine over the cold, snowy Michigan winters. She is an avid animal lover and has five rescue dogs that keep her very busy.

When asked “What is your favorite thing about your profession?” Donna replied, “Working with patients to help them achieve optimal periodontal and dental health.”

Maria has been a part of our practice since December of 2014. She has been a dental assistant for over 20 years and brings her wealth of experience to our office. Maria enjoys working with our team and helping our awesome patients. Patient care is important for us, so Maria believes that doing her part, from beginning to end, is a huge priority.

Maria has been married for over 20 years! She and her husband have three boys and are happy to also have Maria’s mother living with them. When not at the office, Maria loves to watch her older boys play baseball and play with her youngest son, who loves Legos and action figures. She also enjoys spending time with her mother and helping at church.
